As such, our health center qualifies for specific funding under this act, enabling us to provide essential services to our community.

In addition to the funds allocated under the Public Health Service Act, Cama’i Community Health Center is eligible for various reimbursement and funding streams, further enhancing our capacity to meet the healthcare needs of our community. Committed to inclusivity, we offer a sliding scale fee structure to ensure accessibility for all.

Recognized by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), our health center holds Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status, affording certain protections for health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for both the health center and its covered individuals.
