Payment & Insurance Options 

At Cama’i Community Health Center, it is our policy that payment is expected in full at the time of service unless other written arrangements are made in advance. We accept a wide range payment methods and are in-network with major insurance providers. Please review our payment policies for services at Cama’i.

  • Purchase orders (accepted from reputable businesses with a prior written agreement. Purchase orders are due net 30 days)

Insurance Information 

Cama’i accepts all major insurances and will bill your primary and secondary insurance on your behalf. We will collect any co-pay at the time of services. We expect payment from your insurance within 30 days of service and will transfer the balance to you if payment is not received within this time period. If your insurance pays directly to you, charges will be due at the time of service. Please be prepared to show your insurance card at each visit. 

Worker’s Compensation

Cama’i Community Health Center will file in-state worker’s compensation claims on a case-by-case basis. Please notify the receptionist before services are provided. All charges are ultimately your responsibility.
